The factory two piece plastic coolant expansion tank is prone to failure especially in high temperature situations, that is why Moroso developed their Aluminum Coolant Expansion Tank to be a one piece design making it perfect for high temperature street and race applications.

Durable Construction. Manufactured from high strength lightweight aluminum, this Coolant Expansion Tank features a 6061-T6 billet aluminum filler neck making it much stronger and better looking than the factory two piece plastic tank. This expansion tank also has integral mounting bracket and fittings to ensure a secure fit when installed.

Built-in Overflow Reservoir. This Moroso Coolant Expansion Tank meets the requirements of both the NHRA and SCCA by having a built-in one pint overflow reservoir, making it perfect for race applications.

Application. This Moroso Aluminum Coolant Expansion Tank with Overflow Reservoir is designed for use on all 2005 to 2010 Mustangs including the V6, GT, Bullitt and Shelby GT500 models. Requires the use of a "seat and spring" style Radiator Cap, sold separately.
